Of course if you trust me by seeing all the information about neon signs I have on this site for free, as well as my excellent feedback on eBay©, I do sell items direct. I will discount my eBay© prices by 5 percent on direct from me sales! Way back when you could list an item on eBay for the cost of a quarter if you hosted your own images. Not anymore folks, new features = new fees! eBay© charges sellers fees on just about everything imaginable. Monthly store fees, listing fees, picture service fees, final value fees and on and on. Then they charge more fees (that are based on including the shipping cost for total purchase price) if you use PayPal© to accept any payments! You used to send and receive money for free. Well of course that's long gone too at PayPal©. That being cleared up and understood, please consider direct from me purchases. Payment, Shipping & Terms Information:

Payment Options	I believe in buyer's choice of payment methods. eBay© has trouble with that unfortunately and makes PayPal© the only payment option. I still prefer and accept good old-fashioned Checks and Money Orders you snail mail in. Sorry, NO PAYPAL© payments accepted! Silver of 90% fineness or greater is a fun new non-electronic way to pay! Cash in those old silver U.S. coins and get yourself a cool neon sign! Old silver U.S. currency has reached many times it's face value in recent months! That means a silver dime is worth $1.20, a silver quarter is worth $3.10, a silver half dollar is worth $6.25 and a silver dollar is worth $13.40! Those rates are my personal "offer/bid" prices for purchases made with silver coins as of 6/3/2010. Subject to change as needed, silver is prone to fluctuations in price per ounce. Of late silver has remained firm in the high 17 to low 18 dollar range and that is the base for my silver coin offer/bid prices as shown. Credit cards are only accepted through my Merchant Account. You will be given the telephone number to call on your invoice, it's also posted at my eBay© emporium. I also offer a very simple lay-A-way plan for complete neon signs only: 90 days same as cash, no interest charges. You have 3 payments - whatever amount you put as down payment and the balance divided into the next two payments. If you want to secure a neon sign on my lay-A-away plan, please advise me of such intentions prior to purchasing please.
Handling Charges	Neon signs require the utmost in care packing and I make sure the glass is safe. I want what you want - a glass item that arrives in one piece! My handling fee is considerably less than what shipping stores would charge. Time and material charges for careful packing to ship neon items safely are as follows: Neon signs (except those with original factory packing cartons) the packing charge is $17.50. Neon channel letters that have glass tubes the packing charge is $12.00 (letters without tubes are $5.00). Separate neon tubes have a packing charge of $5.00 on first tube, $2.00 on each additional tube packed in the same carton when possible. Due to breakage concerns, shapes and lengths of certain tubes, I cannot promise to always be able to combine individual glass tubes to ship in one box.
Shipping Options & Rates	Local pick up of neon signs, channel letters, argon/neon tubes is always welcomed at no cost. Neon signs/channel letters that need to be shipped will travel via Fed Ex Ground® service. I exclusively use Fed Ex® for shipping neon signs or channel letters because they handle the heavier higher dollar fragile item packages the best! Note that Fed Ex® does not ship to P.O. boxes, as they are not the post office. East of Mississippi United States average rate is $30.00 to $35.00. West of Mississippi United States average rate is $40.00 to $45.00. Since Fed Ex® is not an option as a shipper on the eBay© shipping calculator, I have disabled checkout through eBay©. Individual argon/neon tubes will ship via U.S. POSTAL SERVICE© Insured Priority Mail®. USPS has excellent rates with light packages, Fed Ex© does not.
Terms	Neon item must be paid for in full within 7 days of purchase date. Bidders with 5 or less feedbacks MUST e-mail me prior to purchase or I reserve the right to cancel your bid/purchase. I will gladly post positive feedback for you after I hear from you that you received the neon item and all is fine, or I see you posted positive feedback on my file. If there is a problem with your received neon item and you feel you can not give me a full 5 star rating, please contact me before leaving feedback. I strive my hardest to be complete and accurate in my item descriptions to the best of my knowledge. I also strive to get your item out to you as quickly as possible. Anything less than 5 stars hurts an eBay seller with higher fees. Higher fees means higher opening bids in auctions and higher B-I-N prices on "store" items.
