Comments: No batteries! This has a 120 volt clock movement. A commercial clock that is quite heavy. This displays in my room. The only thing I didn't like was the neon and clock run at the same time. There was no switch to turn the neon ring off & on. In May 2008, the clock motor started to make noise and loose time. I finally opened up the clock for the first time. The first thing I did was add a switch to shut off the neon tube. Everything looked OK to me, but I'm no clock expert. I guess the Synchron motor is finally done. I found a lot of clock motors on eBay©, but I have yet to install a new motor on this clock. I re-assembled the clock for now.

Comments: This clock was rather common with the pool theme. The minute hand is the cue stick, the hour hand is the rack and the second hand has the cue ball at the end. This one is different and rarer since it was from Camel as a promotional item. It has a Camel at the 3, 6, 9 & 12 o'clock positions on the glass face. This clock rests away from the wall a bit. That allows the neon to have a green glowing effect on the wall. This clock was on the East wall of my shop for years. In June of 2008 I found a Route 66 clock to hang there instead (see below), so I took it home. After taking it down, I noticed the hands of the clock had started to rust. Kinda gives it an old effect now, doubt I'll do anything about it.

Comments: This clock said Pittsburg Steelers on the face and had a pink plastic body. Looked very funny that way. A NFL football team with a pink clock? I disassembled this clock to modify it for my dealership's service department waiting room. I masked off the pink area of the body under the outer red neon tube. Then I painted the remainder of the body black. I replaced the face with a blank one. I added some vinyl lettering for the numbers and slogan on the face. Now this clock hangs on the South wall of our waiting room. The face lights up well making it easy to read the time. This clock is on 24-7 unless there is a power failure.

Comments: This very fragile-looking modified-into-a-neon clock just arrived June 2008. I was very impressed with the careful packing job by eBay seller rooshnak. The neon ring is not original to this clock, but was rather craftfully added on. As you might notice, the neon does nothing to light up the face of the clock in the dark. However, the veep green glow on the wall is the best!

Comments: This clock has the Seagram's Crown logo on it's face. There are no numbers for the time on the face. The yellow hands have an excellent contrast against the black. I bought it because it was a nice mellow yellow color.
